Technical
winemaking
Sourced from the Bridgelands Vineyard in the Karridale area of Margaret River, this wine was largely tank fermented to highlight pure fruit aromatics. A small portion of of this wine was also barrel fermented for extra complexity and texture while maintaining aromatic freshness and length.
