Fresh and bright with a lovely grassy, aromatic lift along with richer notes of fig, lychee, lemongrass and a touch of gardenia flower.

The palate displays citrus and soft tropical fruits with bracing acidity that drives a long fresh finish.

Peak drinking within two years.

Margaret River had the driest and warmest growing season on record, with very little spring rain and none through to March. These conditions meant next to no disease pressure, with an incredible display of Marri blossom removing bird pressure. 

winemaking

Ripe berries with fresh, lifted aromatics were picked in the cool of the evening, retaining the crisp fruit flavours.
