Densely flavoured, the bright fruitful palate is tropical and vibrant. Passionfruit, pineapple and blackcurrant flavours dominate, complimented by a clean acid structure, the wine finishes dry and refreshing.
Cellaring

Technical
vintage & winemaking
Near perfect seasonal conditions for the production of high-quality Sauvignon Blanc. A cold wet winter filled dams, and ensued ample water for the preceding growing season. Spring was mild and dry, so no disease pressure, and mildly warm conditions in Jan/Feb were perfect for flavour development in the critical ripening period.
