This has allowed for expressive varietal fruit, with a fine-boned texture and length.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003ewinemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Arneis is a special, very small planting at our vineyard in Pemberton. Fruit was carefully hand-picked and then whole bunch pressed with only the free-run juice going straight to seasoned French oak for fermentation. The wine then spent five months in barrel before going to bottle with minimal fining.
